Refund & Cancellation Policy – Tea Spoon
At Tea Spoon, your satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Refunds: If you cancel successfully, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Damaged / Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened tea packs and used products cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.
